Maria Rivera Gonzalez born July 22, 1932 has passed away from a heart attack on February 23, 2015 at Memorial Hermann. Maria was an amazing woman who loved being Papa Juan's gardener. A tribute for the life of Maria Rivera Gonzalez will be held February 26, 2015 at Palms Funeral home from 6pm till 8pm in Angleton TX. Maria Rivera Gonzalez was a amazing woman who loved and cherished every moment of her life. Maria was survived by her brothers Espiridion Leal and Jose Leal. Also survived by her kids Juan Gonzalez, Jose Gonzales, Corina Gonzales, Ramon Gonzales, Mary Helen Gonzales, Guadalupe (Lupe) Gonzales, Christina Tellez, Rosemary Gonzalez and Jose Rafael Sanchez. Also survived by 14 grandchildren & 27 great-grandchildren & 3 great great-grandchildren. Maria spent most of her days loving and looking after her family. She love spending time in flower beds and gardens. She had the magical touch to bring any flower back to life, just as she was always able to put a smile on your face any time you spoke with her. Maria always had the answer to a problem when you were in need. Maria Rivera Gonzales will be greatly missed. We know that God has a beautiful amazing angel on his side in his kingdom of heaven.
