Mario Romero Rodriguez

Mario Romero Rodriguez, 71, of Angleton passed away on July 14, 2022, in Houston. Mario was born to Luz and Maria de la luz (Romero) Rodriguez on July 28, 1950, in Elsa, Texas. He married Rosa Linda Aguilar on October 20, 1968. Mario enjoyed talking to family at bbq's and telling stories of his past. His favorite times were hunting and fishing with family and friends. He liked his time in his garage and his yard work. He also enjoyed a cold Foster's beer and smoking Winston lights. Mario was preceded in death by Daughter Tricia Lee Rodriguez; parents Mr. and Mrs. Luz Rodriguez and Maria De la Luz Rodriguez; and his brother Guadalupe Rodriguez. Left to treasure his memory is his wife, Rosa Linda Rodriguez; children: Ricardo Rodriguez & Jessica Megan Guzman, granddaughter Tricia Lynn Rodriguez and great-grandson Damon McKnight. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. with the Recitation of the Rosary at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at Palms Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 22, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Service Details.
