Mary Lou "Udy" Tanner

Mary Lou "Udy" Tanner has gone home to Our Father. She is survived by her children, April Maxine Kluge, Jason Wade Tanner, and Gerald Thomas Tanner; her grandchildren, Leah Maxine Ayers, Caitlin Elizabeth Tanner, Gerritt Tyler Tanner, and Alexander Albright Tanner; and her great- grandchildren Hali Rose, Raylee Maxine, Tony Vernon, Logan Allen, James Ace, and Collin Arthur. She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, James Elvin Tanner; her parents, James Benjamin Watts and Elizabeth Alene Story; her siblings Billy Watts, J. David Watts, and Frances Smysor; and her granddaughter, Melody Kluge Caskey. Mary had many passions, including competitive bowling, coaching sports, riding motorcycles, crafting, baking, and traveling. She had a bright personality and zeal for life. She will be missed dearly. Visitation will be held at Palms Funeral Home on Saturday, November 21, 2020 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A Graveside Service will be held at Danbury Cemetery on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 2:30 pm.
