Melba Louise Bledsoe

Melba Louise Bledsoe, 74, of Lake Jackson, Texas passed away on September 8, 2015 in Lake Jackson. She was born December 6, 1940 in Sweeny, Texas to George (Buck) & Ruby (Underwood) Hargett. Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton, Texas with Pastor Chris Moore officiating. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2015. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park in Wharton, Texas at 2:00 p.m. Melba spent 32 year in education she was a teacher for Wharton, El Campo, & Tidehaven ISD's. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Phillip Hargett, and her son, Travis Hadash. Melba is survived her sons; Kenneth Hadash (Cheryl), Kyle Hadash (Heather), daughter, Sandra Jones, step-daughter, Janet Hartwell, her sister, Iva Lee Mitchell, also left to cherish her memory is 10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
