Merle Ellen Truver

Merle Ellen Truver, 94, passed away on Thursday, June 06, 2013 in Angleton, Texas She was born on January 16, 1919 in Breckenridge, Pennsylvania. She lived most of her life in Pennsylvania but came to live in Texas a few years ago, to be close to her family. Merle is preceded in death by her husband Frederick Joseph Truver of Pennsylvania, one son, one sister and two brothers. Survivors include two sons; Gary Truver of Lake Jackson, Texas and his wife Carolyn and Marc Truver of Lake Livingston, Texas and his wife Judy. Sisters; Arlene Krause of Iowa and Betty Lou Weslott of Arizona. Grandchildren; Yvette Zachary and husband Vic of Houston, Gary Truver, Jr., and wife Krista of Houston, and five great grandchildren; Allyson and Ashlee Zachary, Luke, Mason & Jack Truver all of Houston. The family would like to express their gratitude and thanks to all those who provided love and care at Cypress Woods Care Center and to IPH Hospice Care. Visitation will be Saturday from 2-5 at Palms Funeral Home. A private burial will be for family and friends in Freeport, Pennsylvania.
