Michael Cornell Horn 1958-2013 Mike left us suddenly on Tuesday December 3, 2013. Born in Germany, raised in Copperas Cove, Texas, Graduated Cove Class of 1976. Central Texas College in 1978. He was the kind of man who would help anyone that asked. His friends were his family. Proceeded in death by his Mother, Father and Brother. Leaving him with the people he wanted to share his life with. Worked 31 years, as a Field boss and as Region III Narcotics K9 Sergeant for the State of Texas. Retired just 2 years ago, he still visited Susie's Corner , went hunting on Bonney Lane, or Fishing off the bridge, kept Trigger polished up, the cooler was always full. Always eager to share his Knowledge, we were proud to call Mike our friend, Uncle Mike, Mikey will be missed by many. Visitation from 5 until 7pm will be held at Palms Funeral Home, Angleton, Texas on Friday, December 20th, with Memorial Services at 7pm. He will be laid to rest with his parents and brother at Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple, Texas on Saturday December 21st at 3pm. All of his Friends are urged to wear Camo and gather around the ice chest one more time.
