Michael Shea Mccoslin

Michael Shea McCoslin, 34 of Lake Jackson passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012. Shea was born December 29, 1977 in Houston, TX to Michael Lee McCoslin and Deborah Harper Epperson. His loves were music and art and tattoos, he was a gifted musician. Shea and his friends made up bands, Pocket Change, Give Romans their Gods, Minvera Project and Texas Car Crash and enjoyed playing locally and in the Austin city streets. He was a fifth generation carpenter by trade and was very meticulous in is work. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leon & Mary McCoslin; maternal grandparents, W.R. & Elsie Melofsky Harper; uncle, Leon McCoslin, Jr. and cousin, Misty Renee White Burden. Survivors include his mother, Debby Epperson & husband, Gary; father, Michael McCoslin & wife, Tommie; girlfriend, Jennifer Hendricks; sisters, Krystal Jacobson & husband, Sammy and Holly Del Barnier; step sister, Celina Villegas & husband, Alex; nieces and nephews, Darrien & Jessica Trevino, Sabrina Guiterrez, Emma Faye Burden, Stevy Renee Burden and Lacey Marie Jacobson; aunt and uncle, Susan & J.D. Hardesty and special canine kid, Maya. Visitation will be held Monday, October 22, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Palms.
