Monte Lane Hack, 70, of Angleton passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2012 in Angleton Funeral services are set for Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home. Visitation will on Wednesday, July 4, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Palms. He will be laid to rest in the Houston National Cemetery on Monday, July 9, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. Mr. Hack was born on March 8, 1942 in Springfield, Missouri to James & Vera Hack He was a US Army Veteran serving in Vietnam. His mother & step-son, Clyde Hicks, Jr. preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Mary Hack; Daughters, Sandra Ilse Hack, Carol Sue Hack, Tonya Kay Hack & Natalie Dee Hack; Step-Daughter, April Grissom; step sons, Leslie Hicks & John Hicks; Sister, Kay LaRoache; Grandchildren, Bobby Wilson & Patricia Ann Rees; great-grandson, Connor Lane and step grandchildren & numerous nieces & nephews.
