Nelson 'Boots' Eberspacher

Nelson Ernest "Boots" Eberspacher, 87, of Waller passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2012 in Cypress, Texas. Memorial services are set for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 13, 2012 in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Butcher officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 until service time at Palms. "Boots" was born July 5, 1925 in Angleton to Otto & Erna Zeplin Eberspacher. A WWII Army Air Corp Veteran he served as a Tailgunner on B24. He received his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A & M University and worked for Dow Chemical until retirement. After retirement, he spent some time writing children's books. His beloved wife Margy preceded him in death in 1994, as did his brother Cliff Eberspacher. Survivors include his son, Jeff Eberspacher & wife Sherry of Waller, daughters, Jan Aligo & husband Richard of Houston and Judy Jones & husband Mike of Washington, Tx. Brother, Louis Eberspacher & wife Shirley of Angleton. Grandchildren, Tony Aligo, Jennifer & Justin Jones and great grandson Jace Jones.
