Opal Lou Weaver, 89, of Angleton passed away Tuesday March 20, 2018 in Angleton. Funeral services are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Thursday March 22, 2018 in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Thomas Lester officiating. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 4-6 at Palms. Mrs. Weaver was born January 7, 1929 in El Campo, Tx to George & Olive Means Henderson. She was a loving Wife, Mom, Aunt, Mamaw & Gangan who loved her family dearly. She loved life, playing cards, especially Pennies from Heaven and watching Wheel of Fortune. Mrs. Weaver owned and operated Willy's Upholstery Shop for 20+ years. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Joe B. Weaver, Sr her parents, her brothers; Leslie, Jack & Joe Henderson and sisters, Ruby Martin & Florence Emerson & Grandaughter Shalyn K. Smith. Survivors include her Children; Dale Elaine Boone & husband Robert of El Campo, Joe B. Weaver Jr & wife Tammie of Angleton, daughter; Deborah Reeves & husband David of El Campo, Becky Helms & husband James of Angleton, Jim Weaver & wife Carole of Angleton and Anna Miller & husband Jerry of Lake Whitney. 12-Grandchildren, 35-Great-Grandchidren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren with one Angel on the way. Sister-in-Laws, Lillian Ehlert of Lolita & Georgia Ann Henderson of Louise and numerous other family & friends.
