Patricia Ann Smith-McNeese, 64, of Brazoria, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021. She was born November 12, 1956, in Freeport, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father, Douglas Smith. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 34 years, Oran Francis McNeese; mother, Betty Bills Smith; brother, David Smith; nieces, Lindsey and Emily Smith; aunt, Lisa Logan; and other family and dear friends.
