In Loving Memory Of Patricia Kay Maddox November 30, 1962 ~ December 30, 2022 Patricia Kay Maddox, 60, of Freeport, Texas passed away peacefully in Houston, Texas on December 30, 2022. She was born in Bay City, Texas to her parents: Edward and Yvonne (Craine) Broussard on November 30, 1962. Patricia was a loving wife to Christopher. Her many hobbies included, music, collecting crosses and porcelain dolls, family get togethers, which she cherished above everything else. She was an excellent cook. Patricia was known for her mashed potatoes and potato salad. He brother Travis would drop whatever he was doing to come and get her potato salad. Patricia was known for her soft heart. She was a lover of animals, which would include taking in local strays to give a loving home to. Patricia had a knack for taking care of her plants as well. Patricia had a contagious laugh, which if you were around and she started laughing, you were for sure going to laugh along with her until your stomach hurt. Everyone who knew and loved her will forever miss her laughter and light that she brought to everyone's lives that she loved and touched. Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Lake Jackson, Texas on February 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with Bishop Funk officiating. Left to cherish Patricia's memory is her loving husband, Christopher Lee Maddox, and her siblings: Travis Broussard and his wife Amy, Gary Broussard and Kenny Broussard, sisters-in-law: Charyl Mathews and husband Tim, and Teresa Carden and husband Russell, nieces: Denise Maddox, Felicia and Journey Austin, nephew, Darren Cola-Sinner. As well as, many other numerous family and friends. Awaiting Patricia's arrival in Heaven were her parents: Edward and Yvonne Broussard, her sister, Sherry Lear, and her brother, Jimmy Broussard.
