Patricia Rutledge Bell was born in Brownsville, TX September 9, 1934, an only child and passed away February 22, 2024, in Pearland TX at the age of 89. Patricia graduated from Milby High in 1952. She was raised throughout South Texas. Carl K Bell, her soulmate met and then married for 65 years in Texas. She loved her dogs, her best friends. She was a light of laughter and joy, company was always welcomed an enjoyed. She helped Dad support us as a legal secretary. For NASA, Singer, and Mr. Hess was her favorite boss an Australian investor. She worked proudly with NASA during the moon walks. Her faithful friend and caregiver Plonie of 6 years, helped with Mom and Dad to their entrance into heaven. Her treasures were Scott,(wife Barbara), Brett,(wife Robin), Brenda Bell Sauls,(husband John Sauls deceased) they all gave her 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She loved life to the fullest, a sparkle we will all miss her, brothers, sisters, family, and friends.

Funeral Services for Patricia will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024, at 11: 00 a.m. with Pastor Bob Hankins officiating. Services will be held at Gulf Coast Christian Center located at 725 W Brazos Ave, West Columbia, TX 77486. Patricia will be laid to rest at Angleton Cemetery.
