Paul Edward Garland, 68, passed away on April 20, 2024. Born on November 8, 1955, in Houston, Texas, Paul was a beloved husband, devoted colleague, and cherished friend. He worked as a Shipping Activity Scheduler in the chemical industry for Dow Chemical, a testament to his dedication and work ethic.

Paul will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering commitment to those he cared about. His passing leaves a void in the lives of all who knew him.

Paul is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Garland, who was his rock and companion throughout their years together. The love they shared was a beacon of light in his life. He is also survived by his children; Keith Garland, Amanda Guthrie, Amy Lassman, his brother’s Walter and Gary Garland, his sister, Theresa Stolarsky, and his grandchildren; Micah and Christian Garland.

Preceded in death by his parents: Walter Lamar and Gladys Othell (Bromley) Garland.

Paul's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in peace.

Visitation for Paul will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 beginning at 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home located at 2300 East Mulberry Angleton, Texas 77515.
