Randy Mac Jackson Jr., 35 of Angleton, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 19, 2017. Mac was born November 18, 1981, in Freeport, Texas. He worked as an operator for BASF. Mac loved making his family laugh and creating wonderful memories with them. He was an avid sports fan, and loved to watch his boys play baseball. He loved fishing when he could, hanging out with his buddies, his sister's lasagna, and grilling. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Belvin and Mary Alice Jackson, and maternal grandparents Gene and Marion Spencer of Angleton, Texas. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Shannon of 17 years and their four beautiful children, Baylee (18), Caleb (16), Sawyer (6), and Emry (1), his parents Randy and Jan Jackson, and sisters, Amie Wainwright and Kristi Fregia as well their spouses and children. He will be missed by many family and friends. Mac has always been involved with his local baseball community from playing as a young boy to coaching his own sons. Mac was truly one of a kind and no one ever had a bad thing to say about him. He was laid back and kind hearted and lived for his family. Over the last few days many wonderful and sweet things have been shared by his family and friends, proving how loveable he truly was. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton from 7:00 p.m. To 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Angleton First at 329 N. Anderson St. in Angleton on Friday, September 1, 2017 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with graveside service to follow. Pallbearers will be Paul Wainwright, Jerame Fisk, Robert Martinez, Paul Michael Wainwright, Caleb Jackson, Garett Wainwright, Dillon Fisk, and Cole Jackson. Honorary pallbearers include Joshua Fisk, Brandon Jamison, and Sawyer Jackson.
