Rebeca Deleon

Rebeca DeLeon, 43 of Angleton passed away peacefully on February 3, 2024, joining her father in his eternal home. Rebeca was born on September 21st, 1980 to Amparo and Petra (Garcia) DeLeon.

A native of Congregación Cieneguilla Municipio de Tula Tamaulipas Mexico, Rebeca earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from Instituto Tecnologico de Ciudad Victoria.

She married the love of her life, Israel Velazquez, together they created a beautiful family, she left her husband Israel 3 handsome boys, Christopher, Israel and David Velazquez. Rebeca enjoyed watching her boys play soccer, she was their number one fan.

Rebeca's fighting spirit strength endured throughout her battle with cancer. Her final act was the gift of eyesight through cornea donation.

Left to treasure her memory her husband Israel, their 3 boys and numerous family and friends. Rebeca also leaves behind her mother, Petra Garcia and two brothers, Rafael and Eduardo DeLeon.

Visitation will be on Friday, February 9, 2024 at Palms Funeral Home from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

A mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Most Holy Trinity Catholtic Church, 1713 N Tinsley St, Angleton, Tx, with burial immediately following at Angleton Cemetary, 328 Cemetary Rd.
