Reginald Wayman Sheffield

Reginald W. Sheffield born September 27, 1940, in Luling, Texas and died January 19, 2016 in Galveston, Texas. Reggie was a talented man. He was a published author, an artist and actor in plays at Brazosport College. He served the United State Marine Corps in Vietnam. He was twice married. Reggie is survived by two daughters and one son, all of Houston. He is also survived by one sister Wynell Reneau and husband Thomas, of Angleton, brother William Laseter, of West Columbia, and dear friends Shawn & Kimberly Cozine and their daughters, Kylee & Sierra, as well as many friends at Johnson Enterprises where he lived. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Vivian Sheffield Steagall. A Graveside Service will be held in Sweeny Cemetery on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. The family would like to thank Helping Hands & Hearts Hospice, and a great caregiver who was with him in his last days.
