Robert " Bob" Crockett Bob Crockett, 79, of Angleton passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at his residence. Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2015 in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Buddy Gregg officiating. Burial will follow in the Matagorda Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 from 1-2:00 p.m. also in Palms Funeral Home Chapel. Robert Lee Crockett was born January 17, 1936 in Brownsville, Texas to Preston & Helen (Vance) Crockett, and was a US Air Force Veteran, he also retired from Lyondell in Matagorda. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Joyce Crockett of Angleton, Daughter Linda Crockett, Son John Crockett & wife Cindy of Angleton, Daughter Carol Sorensen & husband Ron of Lubbock, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, Brother David Crockett & wife Gloria Beth of Bay City & Sister Marilyn Knox of Graham, TX.
