Roddy Allen Cox, 71, of Angleton passed away on December 12, 2023. Roddy was born on November 24, 1952, in Freeport to Elmer Rodney Cox, Jr. and Barbara Ann (Green) Cox.

Roddy worked as a Rig Welder for most his life and was known by many as the Signing Welder.

He enjoyed spending time with his kids, hunting, fishing, and making people smile. He had a heart that was bigger than his laugh.

Survivors are his children: Joleen Lois Skipper (Husband Chris Skipper), Ryan Cole Cox (Wife Brandi Cox) and Julie Kay Cox and his Sister Janice Kay Cox

Grandchildren: Cullen Thompson, Ronnie Kramer, Cameron Kramer, Caleb Thompson, Seth Page, Skyler Brown, Caden Skipper, Cole Skipper & 3 Great Grand Children.
