Rodney "Rod" Gene Hall

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rod Hall, a cherished man whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and adventure.

Born into a loving family, Rod was the beloved son of the late Dorothy Hanna and JB Hall. He was preceded in death by his older brother, John Edward Hall. They have now been reunited in eternal peace.

Rod was a loving uncle to his nieces and nephews: Jennifer Rehders, John Austin Hall, John Patrick Hall, and Julie Aikens. He played a significant role in their lives, offering guidance, sharing his infectious laughter, and creating cherished memories that will forever be held in their hearts.

Rod's love for life extended beyond his family and friends. His canine companions, especially his loyal dog Sox, were significant parts of his world, sharing adventures and quiet moments. Their bond was a testament to Rod's kind and nurturing nature.

Rod's passion for cooking was legendary among his friends. His kitchen was a place of warmth and creativity where he crafted delicious meals with love and skill. He thrived in the company of others, always welcoming guests with open arms and a generous spirit.

Among Rod's many passions, boat racing was a thrilling pursuit that fueled his adventurous spirit. The call of the open water, the thrill of the race, and the camaraderie among fellow enthusiasts brought him immense joy and fulfillment.

Rod Hall will be remembered for his boundless energy, kind heart, and unwavering zest for life. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift those fortunate enough to know him.

As we bid farewell to Rod, let us celebrate a life well-lived and hold his memory close. We take comfort in knowing that he now sails on calm waters, embraced by the love of those who went before him.

A memorial service will be held on March 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM, where friends and family will come together to celebrate his life at First Baptist Church in Angleton, Texas.
