Ruby Marie Cook

Ruby M. Cook Ruby M. Cook of Angleton, went home to be with the Lord, February 26, 2014. She was born in Angleton, Texas on July 18, 1931 to Earle and Ina Middleton. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 63 years, Roy Cook, son Ronnie Cook and wife Marla, daughters Marcia Nelson and Debbie Savage and husband Bill all of Angleton. She is also survived by five grandsons Brandon Savage and wife Heather, Cody Savage, Cole Cook, Derek Nelson, and Clay Cook and by four great- grandchildren Taylor, Braden, Haylie and Gracie Savage. Ruby is survived by 3 sisters, Velma Bloomfield of Victorville, California, Dorothy Bergeron of Rockdale, Texas and Earlene Miles of West Columbia, Texas and a host of friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by both of her parents and her son-in-law, Ronny Joe Nelson. Visitation will be at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton on Friday, February 28, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Angleton with interment to follow at Angleton Cemetery.
