Sandra Corley Nichols Sandra Corley Nichols, 68 of Angleton Passed away Monday, September 23, 2013 in Angleton. She was born to Lawrence and Naomi Corley in Crockett, TX, on December 17, 1944. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in Angleton at 4:00pm. A visitation will be held Friday, September 27, 2013 at Palms Funeral Home from 5-7:00pm. She was preceded in death by her husband; Richard Nichols, parents, and grandson Ricky Nichols. Sandra is survived by her daughters; Kelly Nichols-Russell and Margaret Nichols of Angleton, brother; Lawrence Corley and wife Marsha of Conroe, sisters; Pamela Griffin and husband Brian of Katy, and Kimberley Sutton of Kingwood, and grandchildren Michael Grifford, and Madison Russell. Sandra was involved in Action Senior Citizens, 4-H, and worked with Texas Department of Corrections for many years. She was also known as an "Awesome Grandma."
