Shirley Marie Lovell

Heaven gained an angel. Shirley Marie (Bickham) Lovell went to be with the Lord on November 10, 2021. She was at home in Angleton, Texas with loved ones by her side. She was born on May 4, 1940 in Center, Texas to parents Don S. and Iva Lee (Patterson) Bickham. She was 81 years old. She cared, she shared and she loved them all. She was a mother, a grandmother, a great grandmother, a wife, a sister and a friend. She loved to cook and always shared her recipes. She loved to sew and quilt and always taught us too. She loved animals. She loved her family. She was a very giving person . She worked as a beautician for many years in Brazoria, Texas. Later they moved to Trinity Texas. There she operated the family's Pawn Shop along with her husband before they retired. She moved to Angleton, Texas to be closer to her family. We will carry her wisdom with us each day of our journey. She will continue to inspire us for many years to come. She will be missed. She is preceded in death by husband Billy Davis Lovell, son Rickey Lynn Myers, granddaughter Allison Amber Myers, brother Daniel D. Bickham and brother William L. Bickham. The ones left to miss her the most, son Jason Scott Myers, granddaughter Yawndie Burch and husband Delbert, grandson Straton Myers and wife Kristy, grandson Ren Myers, great grandson Hunter Taylor, great granddaughter Savannah Burch, great grandson Greyson Myers, great grandson Rylan Myers, great grandson Lane Burch, great grandson Kameron Burch, great granddaughter Kayla Burch. . Those we love don't go away. They walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard but always near, Still loved, still missed and very dear... There will be no memorial service. The family will spread her ashes along with those of her husband Billy Davis Lovell and son Rickey Lynn Myers at the gravesites of the Bickham family gravesites at the cemetery in Shelbyville, Texas.
