Sid L. Bradley

Sid L. Bradley Sid L. Bradley, 72 of Angleton passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 following a brief illness. She was born March 17, 1941 to Laurence and Dorethia Champagne in Waterbury, Connecticut where she grew up with her parents and four siblings, Robert, Larry, David and Nancy. After graduating high school she attended modeling classes and was employed as a freelance model by Bloomingdales, Macy's, and Goldwater's. Over the years she gained experience and training in various aspects of Food and Hotel Management. With the help of her husband Bill Bradley they opened their own restaurant in Houston, "The Prime Minister" which was successful for many years. Sid and Bill raised Percheron horses. They were also very active committee members at the Houston Fat Stock Show and Rodeo where they were participants of the trail rides. They also enjoyed being planning committee members of the Mardi Gras parade and show in New Orleans. Sid was preceded in death by her loving husband, William "Bill" Dennis Bradley and her parents. Sid never met a stranger and was a dear friend to many. She will surely be missed by those that knew her including her faithful feline companions, Smokey and Rusty. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with Rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton. Visitation will also be held at 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM followed by a Funeral Mass on Tuesday January 28, 2014 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Angleton.
