Thomas James "Pa" Mcreynolds Sr.

Thomas James McReynolds (Pa), of Angleton Texas, was born on June 8, 1939 to Thomas G McReynolds and Mary R McReynolds in Little Rock Arkansas. Thomas went to be with the Lord on February 2, 2021, surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Gloria; mother, Mary R McReynolds; father, Thomas G McReynolds; brother, F. Raymond McReynolds; great granddaughter, Dakota Wren Thomas. Thomas leaves behind is son, Thomas James McReynolds, Jr., daughter Cyndi Tribble and husband Buster. His 4 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandson. He spent his school years in West Columbia Tx where he met Gloria and they married on February 24, 1957. He worked for many years as a Cook Book bread man delivering bread all around the county. And then in grocery stores where you may remember him greeting you. When his sight finally kept him from driving, he took on his most memorable years at the Big House. Boarding horses, gardening and caring for his grandchildren. He loved riding horses, always had the best gardens, but his love and care for his wife was his number one priority. He was always kind and gentle no matter the situation. Willing to help if he could in any way. He always stayed busy. In his later years, when diabetes took his sight, it barely slowed him down. Pallbearers will be Jose Rodriguez, Jr., Alex Sauceda III, Andrew Sauceda, Jayden Rodriguez, Aadon Sauceda, & Drake Thomas. Funeral services will be held at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton, Texas on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 11:30. Pastor Thomas Lester will be officiating. Burial will be at Brookside Cemetery in Houston Texas. Space is limited Due to COVID-19 & Masks are required. Service Details.
