In Loving Memory of Thomas Petrosky November 29, 1959 ~ June 28, 2017 Thomas "Stump" Petrosky, 57, of Angleton, Texas passed away on June 28, 2017 in Galveston, Texas. He was born in Richmond, Texas on November 29, 1959 to Pete Gordon and Mary Theresa (Ybarbo) Petrosky, Sr. The family invites friends for a time of visitation on Monday, July 3, 2017 at Palms Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Lisa (Barker) Petrosky, his father, Pete Gordon Petrosky, Sr., his daughters; Amanda Petrosky, Heather Petrosky (Robert Miller), Felicia Petrosky (Shane Cribbs), Michaella Petrosky, and Ashlyn Petrosky, his brothers; Pete Petrosky, Jr., Gordon "Stinker" Petrosky, and Alan Joe Petrosky, his sister, Debbie Petrosky, as well as his grandchildren; Collin Miller, Tanner Miller, Madison Miller, Deacon Fields and soon to be baby Declan Cribbs. Thomas was preceded in death by his mother, Mary (Ybarbo) Petrosky. Thomas, or Stump as he was known to many, never met a stranger. This is due in large part to his involvement in the community. During his life, Thomas proudly served as a Peace Officer for Brazoria PD and the Brazoria County Sherriff's Office. While working at Waste Management, he donated his time and services to many worthy causes. He also participated in the Brazoria County Cavalry and acted as Santa Clause for the Brazosport Harley Owners Group annual Christmas toy run. He will be missed by many but his soul will live on within those he met.
