Valton Fermon Campbell, 80, of Angleton passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022. Valton was born on March 5, 1941 in Trinity, Texas to parents James William and Fay Marie (Embry) Campbell. He married Brigitte Thierauf on February 15, 1964 in Bamberg, Germany. He served in the United States Army. Valton enjoyed football, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his brothers Billy Ray and Altus Lamont Campbell and his sister Mary Frances Hammons (Campbell). Left to treasure his memory is his wife, Brigitte Campbell; daughter Bridget Kathrine Margolis (Campbell) and son-in-law Bernardo Margolis; grandchildren Jessica and Rebecca Margolis; sisters Jo Ann Franklin (Campbell) and Lilly Mae Hinkle (Campbell); and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home. The Graveside Service will be held on Friday, February 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Pavilion at Angleton Cemetery. Service Details.
