Virginia Jamison

Virginia Cico Jamison, 91, devoted wife and mother, passed away Sunday, February 01, 2015 in Angleton, Texas. Virginia was born in Angleton on January 16, 1924 to parents Dan and Stella Munizaba Cico. She married John Hoskins Jamison on May 28, 1942. They shared life on the ranch over the 60 years of their marriage. She was devoted to family and a friend to many throughout her long life. She was a former member of the Brazoria County Fair Association and Presbyterian Women of the Church, for which group she served in every official capacity. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, John. She is predeceased by her brother and six sisters. She is survived by her daughter Mary Jane and son in law Jim Lewis (Anderson) and nieces Pam Jamison (Austin), Nina Vrazel (Danbury), Judy Bielstein (Angleton), Hazel Gilchriest (Cleveland), as well as numerous other nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 4th at the First Presbyterian Church, 130 S. Arcola, Angleton at 2:00 p.m. Graveside services will follow immediately at Angleton Cemetery.
