William Gardner Conklin

Major William Gardner Conklin, II, 64 of Angleton passed away Monday, July 9, 2012. He was born October 15, 1947 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to Myron and Eleanor Conklin. Major Conklin retired from the United States Air Force in 1987. He is survived by his wife, Eva Conklin; children, Kalia Green and husband, Shelby of Angleton, TX, Tony Conklin and wife, Bebe of Oviedo, FL; grandchildren, Tyler Conklin of Oviedo, FL, Richie Hunt of Angleton, TX, Angelia Slaughter of Jacksonville, NC and soon to be great grandson, Karter Slaughter of Jacksonville, NC. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 13, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home Chapel.
